As your entertainment host, we’ll help guide you through the sequence of events that will take place during your celebration. Careful planning in advance will allow you to relax on your special day, with the knowledge that everything will go according to plan. We have the experience of coordinating hundreds of wedding receptions, so we’ve got suggestions and ideas to make things fun, and to flow seamlessly.

We understand that no two celebrations are exactly the same.  Every couple we work with is unique, and we take the time to discover those differences.  Our Music Planning App allows you to provide all the important information, along with music selections and requests right from your cellphone!

As the Master Of Ceremonies, we will welcome your guests on your behalf and make all the important announcements and introductions in a warm and professional manner. We will work with and bring together all the other vendors to help carry out the sequence of events. Most importantly, we will promote and create a fun atmosphere for you and your guests so that you may celebrate and dance the night away.

Music choices made easy

Our Music Planning App allows you to provide all the important information, along with music selections and requests right from your cellphone! It has all the necessary music suggestions to listen to, and you can even share it with your family and friends so that they may make their music requests in advance of the big day!  We love helping couples tackle the stress that goes into such a formal event by meeting with you weeks before, and then presenting you a customized Wedding Reception Itinerary for your approval.
